The Boost Report app gives you instant access to key business insights from RFMS, and no Excel is needed.

Launch reports include: detailed conversion rates (by store and by salesperson) and written vs delivered GP (by store, by salesperson, and by job).

We initially have two reports in Boost, but many more are in the pipeline.

Conversion Report

Sales conversion rates are arguably the most important metric for your business. The Boost conversion report gives you a period-based conversion report, and you can drill down from your overall store performance into salespeople and even individual opportunities.

 Remember to complete the report parameters, including the time period. As you monitor your conversion rate with the report, use consistent settings. For conversions, we recommend selecting a period (a month or a quarter) two months ago. So, today is April 7. I would select the period from December 1 2025, to February 28 2026.

Gross Profit Erosion

How much are you losing between your converted GP% and your delivered GP%? Again, the report will give you an overall result for your business, and then you can drill down to see each salesperson's performance. You can even click to view the converted quote and the delivered order side by side.
